I found this project on CNET site about creating your own vlog. It is in the form of a vlog. Another great site that has a tutorial is freevlog. Then I stumbled across this vlog from the TILT(Teachers Improving Learning with Technology )site that Julie Matz worte to us about. Scroll down the page till Episode 14 "So you want to be a videcaster?". Of course I haven't found the time or courage to start my own vlog on my blog. I keep thinking of this article I read Thinking of video blogging? You should probably forget it by Penelope Trunk. I mean all I would vlog about is the topic of vlogging although I find the topic to be interesting I am not sure if my vlog would be good. Well maybe one day soon I will gather up the nerve and vlog, vlog, vlog until then it just me and my good old reliable blog.

HI Robin,
Yes, everything is so time consuming. Vlogging is a pretty neat way of getting your point across. Kind of like a face to face discussion with whoever is watching. For a vlog, though, I would suspect that you really need to feel comfortable in front of the camera and have what you are going to say memorized. For now it is easier to just blog, I think. Although it is still good to show this type of technology to our students. They have no fears and could probably dive right into it.
Hi Margie,
I so agree that our kids have no fear. It will be interesting to see what type of vlog some of them would create. Of course I would love to get the middle schools students to do Point of View on different hot topics to see what we come up with. Once I get their parental consent form.
